CSF 2008
I just got done talking to Randy from Camaro Superfest. He said in order to get something in the goodie bag all we have to do is donate it, there's no cost to us.
Also I just have to pay $25 in order to sell tshirts and decals so I think I'm going to do that next year as well.
Now the best news. I brought up the fact that there's no way any clubs can compete against the local ones so he said he's going to put another award for the biggest club that isn't from MI. I think that's a great idea and I honestly think we'll win that one because this year we were the only club that was there that wasn't from MI.

If you do come it'll be just enough people to need another room. If that's the case I say we look into the cost of a suite and do it that way.

We could do a flyer, business card and maybe a small decal or pen or something like that in the goodie bag. I'll donate some money and/or time to help with whatever needs to be done. Hopefully we get some new members this year from the people that took our cards.
And of course, sponsoring a few of our own awards is a good idea, too.
I'd love to be able to stay at the event HQ to save myself the time and be able to hang around with everyone more, but my hotel costs less than half of what they are charging there for a room.
