daily driving on standalones?

quick question, how many of you here daily drive your car thru out the whole year and running on standalones?

I'm selling my daily driver right now, and returning my car into a daily driver with brand new drivetrain. While I'm at it, I'm planning to convert to standalone, but the reliability part gives me doubt, I want the car to be dead reliable thru all year around.

if you do daily drive the car, please post up what you using, there's none of the plug and play shiznit for my car.... so custom harness here I come.

No one? I'm planning on using E-Manage on my new car, and wouldn't mind some feed back on this. And I know it's a piggy back, but this should be a good thread for people who actually build their own cars.

SuprAdam can only hope to improve
You can have multiple fuel maps and what not.

Just have one set for street, tuned properly it will idle and cruise better than stock.

my tune on my standalone was not reasonable... no one to blame but the tuner... but i never ran the car the whole year.

You believe you can get the reliability, but you better learn to tune yourself.

I ran a EManage on my Festiva last year and I ran into some problems... but then again, when you're using a automatic MX3 engine harness with a 5-speed MX3 ECU which isn't 100% correctly wired into a 1990 Festiva and running the EManage on top of that, it isn't surprising that I was having issues. I'm going to pull the EManage and pop it into my RX7 because I'm going with a TEC 2 this year. It's not the best standalone out there, but I don't want to spend $3500 on a TEC 3. There should be no problem with driving a standalone controlled car every day, it just comes down to how good of a tuner is tuning the car.
