Man, I'm suprised that went for the consumer, and not for the corporation, since after all it says the car had been driving like a bat of out hell more than a few times in that article.

6 differentials, sounds more like a flaw in DIFFERENTIALS than a lemon car as a whole..

Over the next six months, the differential broke four more times, each time while being shifted from first to second gear at around 50 mph.
well of course it would break. they were abusing the car. how is racing in the quarter mile "running like it was designed to"?

i am surprised the consumer won. good win though.
