Eagle One's Wet Tire Shine

9 Attachment(s)
Works great. I purchased those foam tire applicators from Murrays and it came with the Eagle One's wet shine, so I used it... over a week later and my wheels still look freaking great, hasn't slung off at all. Spray on, wipe the applicator over it to make it look good, and tada all done.

Here's a before and after pic (I reapplied it just to make it look even more wet) Don't mind the weird paint on the quarter panel in the first pic, I was applying scratchX and took a pic while i waited for it to haze a little more. The first pic is the before from today, the second pic is the after from today, and the last pic was how it looked a week ago.

Not to cause doubt but Armor all, Black Magic, and Eagle One are all on my black list.

I like the eagle one alright, but I'm using the meguires right now and it takes a lot less than the others have

I used to use Meguiar's High Endurance tire shine, but it really flings off and dries gooey and gel-like on my fenders. The wet shine is thinner so whatever flings off is like slightly oily water when ya wipe it off.

how much does this stuff fling off? i hate when i have that crap all over my car and wheels

meissen 05-28-2005 06:16 PM

Thus far I haven't really had much of any fling off, really. I noticed a few like oily water spots on the fenders the day after I applied it but I hadn't noticed it since.

I never have a problem with flinging, of course I don't let it puddle, and let it sit before driving

camaro94 05-28-2005 11:34 PM

ditto, pretty much no matter what I've used, I've never had a problem with flinging.

RFF 05-29-2005 12:57 AM

I never had a problem with fling with the armor all stuff and armor all isn't saying much.

meissen 05-29-2005 01:06 AM

only thing i've had a problem with is the high endurance meguiar's stuff because it's thicker like a gel, but with how clean I keep my car its never made a difference to me to clean it off as soon as i get home or what not.

i've used gels, also. In fact, that is what I mainly use.

brian you applied too much. you'll get fling.

i used this stuff for that car show last week and i sprayed it on the applicator then wiped it on, and thats the best way for me :D

Most directions say spray on the tire, which is kind of hard to do if want to avoid your rims
