I didn't pay attention to what mine says, but I spray it on the tire and then use the applicator to smooth it out. Just cause it's sprayed on the tire doesn't mean there's too much, the foam helps literally wipe the excess off as it just sucks it right up.

Yeah, but like I said I only had a few dots worth fling off.
