A ricer is someone who puts appearance objects on that add horsepower and/or torque, and overall, making a car look like it was built out of 7 different cars. Most of the time as annoying as a crying baby, they make you feel the need to laugh.

i wouldnt even call that modded pic you drew up of the car rice..
come on guys your abusing and stretching the term
even in the modded pic.. yes its bright *** green and has stickers..
but you put on a set of $4000 HRE wheels (def not rice).. and what would be a decent paint job as far as quality in person.. and thats about it..

i dont know about everyone else but when i think rice i just think of some slow honda or something that has a ton of decals, a cherry bomb muffler from auto zone, spinner hub caps, and euros everywhere with all the neons and crap u can fit. But if its an import that is built well and puts out decent power or is just a good car i have no problem

yeah the main cars that bug me are the little civics that they put the stupid body kits on and then they paint the car in like 20 different cycles! Why can they not just do it all at one time?

yeah i was thinkin of imports. lol. there is a guy with a civic at my school and it is the fastest car at my school i am pretty sure but its got like a 4" drop and the tires crooked and its starting to rust out. the guy also has a 91 camaro and a 70 chevvelle. Is he considered a ricer?

eh honestly. i think a ricer is more of an additude. someone who talks to much about stuff they dont kno wht they're talkin about. a person who has no basic knoladge of they're cars engine. but knows wht it takes to make it " look cool" but they'll sit there and act like it can blow yr. doors away. i mean.. if he can make his little cracker jack box civic. go down the 1320 in the 12's. even w/ his fart can,decals,big wing, he's now more respectable IMO.
