Depends how bootleg you want to get..Are we talking cleaning your intake and gutting out your catalytic fast..If you have barely any money to do mods then gut out the catalytic (Will be loud) Gut your car of the extra interior pieces that you dont use (Rear Seats, Spare etc) then buy a K&N air filter cleaner and clean your air filter..Thats about the cheapest things I can think of..If you got a little bit of cash then start with the fundamentals get an Intake and Exhaust.

You dont gain hp from an intake as for the exhaust you dont really gain much but some if you get the right one

If you want to do your car right, don't do it cheap. It's better to pay more and get what you paid for than less and regret it. Save up and then modify the car in a way that will actually be worthwhile.

You said it thats why i said cams and sh** because its not worth while to get 10hp out of a 100$ bolt on when you can take a few months and build the motor with like 60 more hp but just save up then do some good mods
