i got my car ready to go on the road...but i know it wont pass e test and saftey..

wtf.... u got ur car ready for the road but it wont pass cert??? the it aint ready!!...

i guess i cant say anythin tho i havent had a actually cert car for like 4 years

you can buy a cert on any automotive street these days.For etest its quite simple.You change your adress to one up north if you have a cottage ,etc.Most places past peterbrough are e-test expempt so you go to the mto office and get your plates No etest needed.Then goto a kiosk machine in the mall and change your adress back.

done and done.
