so if it's on a camaro or firebird it's ok, as long as it's a v-8? that's hypocritical. Do some custom work ands at least take the corvette off, or better yet make some from plexi or aluminum

Or better yet just shell out the extra money and get the MBA fuel rail covers.

Honestly, I think Corvette rails on a Camaro or Firebird (although a Camaro would be better, at least its a Chevy ) looks stupid, because its not a Corvette... I was simply stating that its not the same as slapping Type R badges on because a stock Civic is not a Type R engine, its not even close to the same hp rating, or the same name (I dont think)

Hmm... a Formula with a higher HP rating than a Vette... thats interesting

I'm going to leave them corvette to save the extra $130 to have them done, when technically it's the exact same motor that comes in a Corvette, and LS1, so it is the same, if not better as Chad posted. End of story, now does anyone have any cutting templates?

$130 to get what done? bondo and paint then a nice vinyl from brent?

and no they arent the exact same. the LS1 has 6 bolt mains in the vette, 4 in the f-body, then theres a lot more differences i just cant find that page now.

Ok, so to correct Adam to make it "gearhead correct" it's a detuned Corvette motor.

Prove this, to my knowledge all LS1's are 6 bolt mains.

and to follow up what meiss said, in quite a few casese seems to lay down MORE than a corvette.... not to mention the modability on an F-body is MUCH better than that of a corvette.
