G String for a car?!?

Well my cuzion told me about some thing for cars thats called a G Sting, he said he was going to put one on his car, and i was like WTF

, he said its some part that goes into the muffler system or somethen that when you rev it or whatever it can shatter glass, i was woundering if anyone else has heard of it and if its really true.
