If you have 2 bone stock z28's with 323 gears, and one has 373 gears how much is the one gona win with 373's? About how much??

well, i raced a ta with 373 gears and it beat me by a good 3 car lengths with the same mods.

Gearing is relative to a transmission.

A4, 2.73 gears - Speed is okay during start, it shines when wide open throttle from a roll.

A4, 3.23 gears - Speed is good during start, not as fast as 2.73 from 60+mph wide open throttle from a roll

Since there are 6 gears with a manual, it won't matter much compared with an automatic with 3.73 gears.

What transmission does the car with the 3.73 gears have?

well thats exaclty what i was thinking, it would help a lot more on a a4, than a 6 spd. u know....
