yeah it is good advice. i dont know how to drive a stick...i mean it do i just never have. i drive my automatic like its a stick...i even stomp on the floor thinking its a clutch pedal

yeah, doing that in my car is especially fun because my tach is stuck, so I can't even watch RPMs, I have to go 100% off the sound of the exhaust.. which isn't hard but still.

First, he wins an auction on some late 60's early 70's vette... it was show quality, easilly would go for 50k + no problem. it was the c2, like one of the last years of the c2 bodystyle. it was in mint condition, maybe I was being a lil high at 50+ but it definitely wasn't at a legitimate price lol

so pre '68 looks like the split window? those vary by year but high end is 50 for a '64 (it's a friend of mines favorite car)everyone sees the name corvette and imdeiatly thinks $$$$$$ and performance and it wasn't always the case

Yeah, it's a split window... I recognized that part because my dad always goes on about how many people cut the split out and made it all one because they thought it was annoying and now they're like the hot finds.

then people out there are idiots that pay too much for a car and don't do enough research. The only reason they are selling is that price, is because people are gullible enough to buy them at that price.
