got my project truck
here it is. probly the biggest piece of **** ever but it has potential IMO. im probly gonna do like a 50% restoration on it. the front end is solid...just the bed is complete ****. and it needs new floors. i can get replacement floor pans for $40 a side from year one. not bad i dont think. if i cant find decent bed sides at the junkyard i will probably order new ones of those as well. the passenger door is brand new so dont need to worry about that. has only 87k miles on it but is rusty from sitting for like the past 7 years or so. still runs strong. the trans only has first and second gear but the guy gave me another trans that is good to throw in there. the only thing i was dissapointed about was that it doesn't have posi lol. sounds really good. has true duals with thrush glasspacks but now i have a hole in the manifold that wasn't there the other day...wtf. but i might throw my headers on here. not bad for 400...also heres some pics of what it could look like with lots and lots and lots of work lol

if it was a 4x4 i would def. lift it. but its not so im gonna lower it like 4/6 or somethin and put some 18's or 20's on it. i looked at year ones site again. and to replace like 80% of the body panels didn't even add up to 2 grand! this got me thinking. since parts are so cheap ill probly end up restoring the whole thing, rebuilding that 350 and making it into a show truck. maybe. ill probly change my mind 100 times by then but you never know
