With a stiffer suspension and a set of soft and warmed up R compounds you'll be close.

With enough money any car can obtain that.

It is a small, lightweight, rear wheel drive hatch, well not really lightweight, but in the supra world it is. So yes it wont be to hard to do it. Those 5MGE engines are very stout and torquey as well.
