At that angle, and with it painted.....It's only a guess, but I would also say it's probably an aftermarket version of an original 70-73 Z28 front chin spoiler. I had the same one, only black, on both of my 73's. One of these days, I'll get all my old pics scanned on to a disc, so that I can upload them.

Id love to see pics of your old 2nd gen, im thinking if i can find one at a good price im going to pick one up, it wont be for a while though.
