DEFINATELY DEFINATELY DEFINATELY NO WHERE CLOSE TO NEAR 1 10TH THE VALUE OF WHAT THEY'RE ASKING FOR IT.

Mike Jones 08-18-2005 12:48 AM

I wish I could go back in time and buy all of them and sell them now.

it's worth every penny and then some, keep in mind that engine is an all aluminum 427 big block, and that was one of the most powerfull camaros ever produced, and was extremely low production

I agree, it's not an RS or anything. This is one of the rarest, most powerful Camaro's ever built. If you want one you WILL pay that, and that's IF you can find one for sale. Because the owners really hang on to them.

MeenZ28 08-18-2005 01:55 AM

He's only saying that cause he doesn't like old style cars.

97z2801ss 08-18-2005 02:37 AM

yea that car is SIIICKK!

paarman97maro 08-18-2005 03:04 AM

wow... thats a shi tload of money for that... wish i was rich

meissen 08-18-2005 08:53 AM

Yeah, that Camaro is worth more than the bid is at now. Only downside is that Jim's using it as an advertising scheme. Every time he's sold high-end rare cars before, it was private auctions with bidding history and all that being private. The fact that it's a public auction, Jim's winning over tons of advertising for the company that's selling it; a car that high price is being talked about on every Camaro enthusiast website right now, and even general car sites too. Notice the location (my hometown, lived there for 12 years, just moved out a year ago), haha makes me feel like Shelby Twp just went up in status that an owner of the ZL1 #40 lives there. :)

wow. pulling up to a ricer in that would be fun:D prolly think it was a 2 barrel 350 thing, but idk with the way that thing prolly sounds. if i was rich i would have like 3 of those.lol

even though it's all rare, balh blah blah, etc., it's still a camaro with a 427, and you see people dropping those in camaro's all day long, that's what I mean by it's no where near worth the money. I'm sure to someone it is (who HAS to be the absolute stupidest person in the world.)

69z-28 08-18-2005 10:44 AM

its not an ordinary 427 camaro tho.

Just because you don't agree with someone doesn't automaticly make them "the absolute stupidest person in the world".
