I've gone 185 but it was at Talledega, fastest in a street car was in my 3rd gen speedo said 120 radar said 110 (we were playing with some stuff, and it was a controlled environment with police present) keep in mind at 100 mph your speedo can be off as much as 30 mph, the c4 vette had an aero top speed of 150 (the engine could push it faster, but the body kept it from happening)

I dont know exactly how fast it was i know i toped out my speedo but it was dumb to do like everyone else they would take my license on the spot if i got caught. But its like one of those things you just have to do once no mater how wrong it is. lol. At least for me it was.

Talledega is SOOO much fun. What'd you do 185 in, just out of curiousity. I went to a NASCAR race there recently, dont' remember what it was called, since I don't watch NASCAR or anything, I just went with my uncle, and boy was the night before the race SOO much fun .

I had my 00 WS6 over 160 (based on the fact that I had the speed governor off and the speedo reg 155) with the Ts in, in 5th at around 4800. This was on I-81 at about 2:30 in the morning. There were NO cars on the road that night besides me (that I could see in any direction). But let me tell you, a car can appear really quick when you come up on them at a buck-60! All I had to do was think about turning the wheel and I was in the other lane passing them. WOW, whatta rush!!!!! It was stupid, I'll never do it again, blah, blah, blah...
