just throw a few open packets of sugar in there. why you wanna be standing there holdin your **** when u dont wanna be caught, just casually walk by the car, find the tires with the most tread or if you have a good knife give em all a good stab then open the gas door, unscrew the cap and throw em in.lol

nonono, the best one is the most inconspicuous one. You go to a hardware store that sells variety of nails. At the hardware store, you should be able to find these nails that are like huge, they're like one size smaller than being considered a "spike." Walk by their car, pretend to drop something, and shove the spike/nail up against their tire, and push it in a little bit. You gotta do it on each side of the tire, tho, so if they roll forward or backward, they'll still roll over one of the nails. Then it's not that noticeable, if you act like you dropped something, no one will really notice compared to seeing you slash the tires and the noise it might make. Then you simply find a good hiding spot, and when they go to leave, they roll over the tire and POP! They won't notice anything's wrong with their car until they get in and start driving, so it's even better than them getting to the car and seeing flats, because the tires popping when they're driving will scare the **** out of them.

sugar in the gas tank doesnt do anything... im sure its pretty bad for the engine but it wont do any short term damage.. if u really want to do some damage... bleach in the gas tank.. it oxodizes the gasoline and will rust there gas tank in a couple days. lol i learnt that from watching myth busters

Dude...You know what happens to sugar when it gets hot right? It carmalizes and becomes, well like caramel. That CAN NOT "not do anything".

Well, I stand corrected...However, I still think it wold not run AS good, and definatly not as long, as it would have otherwise.
