some people have no place to keep an engine and want it gone fast (I've bought snowmobiles and cars that way many times)

yep i talked to the guy today, he said it had a hot cam, holley 650 which i think ill swap my 750 on the 350 onto the 383. He said it was built for racing and just wants it gone. i am more that excited about it, i have to buy or borrow an engine stand first and since im working almost 32 hours of overtime this week i have to wait untill probablly next wednesday or thursday to get it. There will deffinatly be pics when i can get them. this sure beats putting the 3k i had planned on putting into the engine.

I wouldn't swp the 750 before running it, if it was pro built that may be right

Id say, AFR heads have months of backorders you can pretty much sell them on ebay for what you can buy em for new.

man you got a deal and a half there, my dad what that guys doin a while ago he sent out his 350 from his blazer had close to 3k into it and he sold it after running it a year after that for 500 because the tranny went and the body on the blazer was rusting from sitting. So things like this does happen

that's better than mine, frame broke on the blazer car sat in the backyard and engine got pulled and put in a friends dads truck for free :banghead:
