ok, i understand its newer and has more power, but why would a pontiac be more to insure than a chevy. i could see if you were comparing a new GTO to a 90 cavaleir but... yea. i dont get it. and it shouldnt be 3 times more expensive.

I paid $120 a month on my RS Camaro, and when I first got the Vette it dropped to $95.. I asked the agent why and she said "Newer cars are cheaper to insure" I'm just going off of what she said and what I pay.

I honestly don't know anyone who has cheaper insurance than me. Most of my friends drive Grand Am's or Civics (no one around here is really into cars), and I pay less than all of them.

I have one speeding ticket and one accident on my license, and they don't give me discounts for being military or a cop.
