Lost Lock Nut Key

Like the title says.. I lost my locknut key.
The papers say, fill out the provided form with your credit card info, exp date, address and sign at the bottom.
If I provide my credit card info and signiture without any amount of money stated. Call me stupid but doesnt that mean I am letting them fill in the dollar amount to whatever they like?

Having full access to the car. Is there a way to take off the lock nuts without the key? without damaging the rim offcourse.

I'm gonna give that a try, but makes me wonder. If it is that easy... then lots of good the lock nuts are doing in the first place!

Unless you have VW's. Then you get VW factory ones, and well, if you lose the key, start either pounding or welding.
