motor and body shops in the GTA

hey im looking for a shop that have motors or do motor swaps at a fair price. im also looking for body shops to paint bumpers, lip etc. has anyone come across some good places?

What car do you have? I heard Gilman auto does some pretty good work.

heard good things about him too..never personally been there myself though..
