after looking at a couple c6's at the dealership i've made up my mind that the c5 wins the exterior vote, but the c6's interior i like better. And of course the LS2 is nicer, but hey for the money i'd rather take a c5 and have the lingenfelter kit put on it. think of it this way 25-30k will get you a nice c5 well drop another 40k for the 720hp TT setup. then for the 70k you would pay for a base stock c6 z06, you can just waste it away with the c5. so now you're on an equal playing field with money with over 200hp over the new z06. plus the fact you get a lingenfelter system which would help retain the value of your c5, so you can have fun and it is also an investment into the value. Also i like the fact that it looks like your stock 350hp c5, but you can own anything on the road. that is my dream sleeper. Sure you can buy the kits for the f-bodys. I love the f-bodys very much, but it still doesn't rank up with driving a vette in my book. You drive a vette you get waves from fellow owners and you see jaws drop and people's neck breaK trying to look at the car going by. well i kind of ranted there, but thats just my opinion.

the thing i dont like about the front of the c6 os that it looks like a jap car in your rearview mirror, like some 350z or mazda rx-8. i think they tried too hard on the european styling. but thats just my opinion i know a lot of people that love and hate the c6, just like the c5.

it looks more like teh styling the vette was supposed to have in the first place (it was a european design in the 50's afterall)the japanese cars are based off european also. You know how I feel about pop up lights
