Congrats on the sale but sad to see it go. Who ended up buying it? Can't wait to see what you do to a vette. I am sure it will be just as nice as all your cars you have had.
Yeah it really sucks but having the extra money is nice. My wife and I went house shopping today with our realator and I like the idea of being able to use the money to change the carpet, wall color, etc... to make it our own.

lol, eh, that is why you have one built the way you want it. I told my wife I was done when we had this one built. She picked all the colors etc. Then they built the house and we just moved in.
Plus we are looking at houses where we can put a nice rec/movie room in the basement with the LCD TV and the video systems. I will then pick up a 50" plasma for the upstairs TV so we have to look at those extra costs. That and the fact that since we are looking at places much larger than our condo we will need to buy more furniture.

True! It is a buyers market right now. I have been looking at forclosed homes and thinking about picking up one or two since you can get them for next to nothing. I could sit on them or rent them out. Can't wait to see what you end up buying!!!
Exactly, not only are the places cheap but with all the foreclosures there'll be a lot more people that'll be renting than normal so buy a house and turn it into a rental property.
My wife is going to call the realtor today to tell her we want to put a bid on a house. The house has been on the market for over a year and on the MLS sheet it says to make an offer and the owner may or may not counter which means they are desperate to get it off their hands.
