$75,000???? Is this true .. Right now dont they go for like $56,000 .. WHy the big leap.. Does anyone know any info on this

probably because they had to increase the price in order to make the car powerful and reliable enough to compete against it's rivals.

maybe cause it runs 11.4's in the quarter stock

The ford GT goes for 150,000 and it runs 11.4's also.

it's because people are paying it, gm has some of the highest priced cars and it has cost them (part of the reason for slow sales on the f-bodies was the 6-10grand difference to a comparable mustang) 75,000 is the going price it may be higher depending on demand

It wont be 75K There not even out yet, but GM said they were gonna keep the cost the same from the C5 I figure give or take a few grand.

they already have said a msrp of $75000, but that's the same league as the top cars from mercedes, and the like so it's a steal at that level
