I wouldnt consider that ricing it out, I call that makin it a lowrider for a gangster. Stupid if you ask me.

If i recall some 3rd gens had a spoiler like that from factory. I call that ghangsta mobile. not rice

I more so can't stand the chrome trim around the door, the chrome fenders, the wheels, that it's slammed... need I continue?

Yeah that chrome trim sucks...i wouldnt say that car is riced out though...some people like for there cars to be low.
