okay i've found my next car
well good for it.. but i dont want my **** made out of plastic.. it may be good or whatever... but i think my alumium intake is a little more reliable than a plastic intake.... (But thats my opinion.... and remember opinions are like *** wholes every one has them..)
yeah i noticed that at the auto show. on the new v6 stangs the intake manifold is plastic. i started to laugh. i'm with chris on this one though, plastic may be more precise and blah blah, but it just seems cheap and sorta funny. plastic.
well plastic lets look at camaros 40 years down the road,..... there gona be like i want a real camaro thats made out of real parts.. not something that will melt easily.. or crack.. and all this bs.... and a lt1 is made solid as a brick.... also to mention with a bullet proof block.... while a ls1 is a aluminum block... but i wouldnt mind having the aluminum block for weight reasons... but yah thats a sad to say but shitty design... its not to reliable in a hard bang.......

we'll see lol. but yah i have had a rod go down/knocking in my old lt1.. exremly bad but not real bad... but it never did blow threw the block.... i think i would have to say if it was that aluminum block it would have shot straight threw it.... but i dunno... ls1's hold up good.. havnt heard of many going down..... I think gm did good on both designs..... i think the ls1 also is a little more sporty design... being less weight.. i wouldnt mind having one....

Ever seen an F1 car crash? Parts fly for a mile, remember the engery is has to be transfer somewhere. In an all steel car that energy is transfer to you body (A bad thing). Where as in an F1 car that engery is transfer into those body parts and shooting them so far which is why you can see a horrible accident but the driver still walk away. It's simple physics.
