Oval Race Track In Pickering?

I was on the maps.google.com website checking out the satellite pictures in my area and I found a big oval track in the middle of the country. Does anyone know if they offer this track to the public? Or is it used pivately as a practice track for CASCAR teams? It's located on Highway 7 just East of the Durham York Line on Sideline 34.
