if you could stuff the porche engine in it, it'd be a hell of a sleeper, i think someone did it though?

wouldn't take too much stuffing I don't think, th hard part would be the transmission that would hold up (the vw is front engine rear drive, the porche is rear engine)

I though all bugs were rear engine drive? At least the old ones are.

the old ones were, but the new ones are all front engine (they may be front drive too, I'm not positive, I just know it was weird when I saw one with the hood open)

yeah i was gonna say i think theyre front wheel... my mom has one, and I thought it was front
