punks
these **** punks in the neighborhood thought it would be funny to throw eggs at my car last night. they're to pansy *** to confront me face to face so the egg it like three days after i put 2 coats of wax on it. at least i poured a few hours after they did it so there was only minor cleanup. i found an egg in 69z-28's yard too, but there to weak to be able to throw it hard enough and it wasn't even broken. he doesn't know yet either because hes out of town for the weekend.

if you know who did it it is malicious destruction of property (eggs will do major damage to paint) that's what happens when people have children, but have no desire to have children

I would file a police report, then once they found out who it was (unfortunately they have to confess or there needs to be witnesses), you can take them to civil court and sue them for the cost of a paint job if it's needed. If you washed it off, count on them having a criminal mischief charge on their record but I probably wouldn't bank on getting money for it.
These are the laws for Florida - they might be a little diffrent in IL, but you get the picture...

theyre all a bunch of little ***** bastards, and they all talk like little girls. the one kid is a fagget, his hair is a different color every week, rangning from blonde to pink. the thing that sucks is both of our cars sit outside year round unless we are drivign them, or sometimes mine sits in the street if im around the house, but we also only have liability insurance so any damage by ******** comes out of our pockets, unless we make them pay, and like you guys said file a police report. the police have already been called 4 times on them. my dad might go in tomorow and give the police there names and tell them to go there and talk to all of their parents.
BTW, my chrome valve stem caps have already been stolen, but it was a few weeks ago, sitting in my driveway like always, i came outside and they were gone. So now i have chrome wheels, chrome lugs, chrome stems and black plastic stem caps. looks like crap but i dont really care cause you cant have nice things around ********.

not for me. my liability is 800 a year, which is really low right now and should stay good as long as i have a clean record. if i get full coverage tho it will be through the roof.

I'm not talking about full coverage. I just mean like half *** full coverage, I think it is called comprensive (to late in the day for me to care about spelling)). That covers any damage that is done to your car when not in motion. Things like break-ins, eggs, and other damaging acts. I know once my car is repainted I will go out and pay the extra money. Look at this way man, if someone really hated you all it would cost is about 3 dollars in brake fluid to destroy your paint job. And the homosexuals known as thieves seem to be popping every where like a virus.

comp is full coverage, and has a deductable (collision is cheap comp isn't)my big idea has been to charge the kids with crimes instead of coddling them under 18 and in most states you can litterally get away with murder, so what's the deterent
