You should notice a pretty good difference, I know I did when I swtiched form synthetic ATF to the syncromesh.

Getting hard to find, lots of GM dealerships are not stocking it anymore
I had to go to Woodbine and 7 to get it.

Any jiffy lube or other quick change oil places will have it.

I got a question 2..my beater civic, its automatic (i know) the tranny like downshifts when i slow down.. hard enough 2 feel it, like not a normal automatic downshift.. and it kind hesitates 2 shift when im accelerating as well.. what do u guys recommend i shud put in? you think that lucas tranny additive will help?

Any awnsers are greatly appreciated.

Yes change you fluid right away. You may also try tightening the shift sensor calble a bit, it's that cable on your Throttle body thats not your gas pedel.
