Yea, I saw that too, must have been a type-o.

I don't think the carbon fiber is rice.....it just doesn't look all that great unless its painted, or like I mentioned above, leave the scoop unpainted for a sweet looking carbon fiber stripe.

u dont have to be a ricer to get cf, it is mainly for weight reduction so u would get a cf hood and paint it not leave it cf if u leave it cf then yes you are a ricer but if u paint it thats just weight reduction in my opinion

if you do it right its not "rice". Drake i love the hood and paint you have on it now. but the CF scoop idea you have i think would look pretty cool.

Its only at 260, and ask him about that sunfire thing, it might a mini camaro hood!

for that price it's fiberglass done in black (fake carbon fiber and what 99% of the aftermarket carbon fiber is) real carbon fiber is very expensive (a hood for a camaro would be close to 3 grand) the new plane for the military the one wing layer (top or bottom) with no moving parts and about 2 hoods is over 3 million because you get one shot, any air bubbles and it will fail if struck slightly (ever have a rock chip) that's why I call cf rice

I know **** I'd buy it in a second. I actually have 400 sitting here right now but it's supposed to be to fix my bumper that the ***** backed into AKA it's paying for my new rims.

haha I appreciate it bro, I think aside from the gouge in the spoiler it's nothing that a little wet sand, touch up and clear can't solve. Either that, or I can take it to my cousin's collision shop and take care of it there, but truthfully aside from the smudge in the clear coat, it's really not that noticeable. more worried about rims lol

too bad they don't have a set of 4 of those cavalier wheels. My firend has a cavalier, and she got stock with uber-ugly hubcaps on the steel wheels. Those would look much better....and for that price, I'd get her the set of 4 for shristmas.. but there's only 2
