Roll Bar install
I got my Roll bar on friday so today i started to fit it a lil bit. here are some of the few pics i took

thats the welder im using, miller 175, works like a dream

thats after cutting about 4 inches off the bottom tof the main hoop to make it fit, its nice and tight, about 1/4 inch clearence at the top at the nearest part

thats a couple of my practice welds. i welded it a 1/4 at a time so you can see the break but i was very impressed with them,

you can see my first weld there on the lower left, it was too hiug of a wire speed, i slowed it down a lil and then did the 2 u can see in the middle of the pic
i got the 2 pieces that run down from the main hoop and go to above the gas tank fitted also, you can kinda see them in the pic of the main hoop

There is a lot more to welding then a lot of people think-
My advice is make sure you are getting good and not just tacking the parts together. Even though it might look like a good weld, you might not have enough to make it last.

I didn't mean it as people on here said it, I meant it more as a general statement as I have friends who think its easy.
I also thought it was easy too and not much to it at one point as well- until I had some welds break- I'm no expert, but I know a lot more than when I started. Even the perfect looking welds aren't worth anything if they don't hold-
