Question Scam or the real deal?

Their is a message board I signed up for which is supposed to be an upcoming car website. They are looking for at least ten cars in each state to sponser. I posted my car and this is the reply I got.

Hey,

First off I would just like to thank you for your interest in a crda sponsorship package. We are a fairly new company but were growing fast. Are main goal is to become a well known chain of stores kind of like Pep Boys but for high quality performance parts. With your help we hope to reach our goal.

Current Sponsorship packages:

Wholesale: This is where everyone starts off. We start you off with great discount prices until you can prove your self to be a serious car enthusiast. This package includes free decals, free mix tape, free shirts, hats and whole sale prices.

75% off: After proving yourself you will be upgraded to a 75% package. This package includes free decals, free mix tape, free shirts, hats and 75% off selected items.

Full sponsorship: After proving even more you will be upgraded to a full sponsorship. This package includes free decals, free mix tape, free shirts, hats and free selected items.

FAQ

How do I prove myself?

It’s really simple all you have to do is promote us. Promotion includes wearing our decals, Passing out flyers, passing out business cards, attending at least 1 major show a year and just helping us improve sales.

Why can’t I start off with a Full sponsorship?

It just wouldn’t be smart on our part to just hand out parts to just anyone. We are a business and just like every other business we’re here to make money. We just need to know your true intentions before giving you a full sponsorship.

Does this cost anything because most other sites charge like $89 dollars.

In the beginning no. But a few people we sponsored just took our free decals, mix tape, shirts etc and never helped us out. To protect us we have no choice but to charge a 1 time $19.50 processing fee. This covers the shipping cost.

If your truly serious this shouldn’t be a problem for you. We hope to hear from you soon.

What do you think?

So you think it would be worth it to take the $20 plunge?

I'd do it. Like they said, even if it isn't great, at least you get some free stuff. What is the site? I'd be kind of interested.
