Seems the cops have a thing for being ******** at the breaking point of winter.

Today I decide "hey, its above 30 again. Im going to take advantage of the weather and wash my car". So I go to the car wash and get her sprayed off, finally clean once again ... As Im leaving, Im taking a left from the car wash, I look into the opposing lane and see an undercover cop in the left turn late... so yes, you guessed it, he takes a U-turn and pulls me over. He comes up and proceeds to tell me that my windows look WAY too dark (they are 35%) but, he saw my plates from from WI, and he wont enforce their laws. He asks for my license and since I still have my WI adress on it, he just tells me I should look into WI tint laws, because mine looks about "18% to him" Then he asks me if I have a front plate on, and I reply yes- he didnt check it (but it IS there ) Then he asks if were buckled up (Adric and my roomate were with) and yes we were, so he says good, and tells us to have a nice day.

I swear they just look for anyone having a good first day of decent weather. My car was stealthy when it was dirty, but since its rid of the salt sheet its noticible again. At least the guy was nice and didnt give me a ticket, but my tint is NOT that dark... I love how he pulled out that random number 18%, must be a tint expert

Im convinced my roomate and Adric bring bad luck to me with cops.

Cops around here are the same way. I get **** everyday about my neons even when I'm parked.

i got pulled over the same way right after i left the car wash cause my tint is way too dark he used his little tool though and put it on the window and it told him 5% which is what it is so i got a ticked

justin that sucks man. but its good you didnt get a ticket! what a douche bag! i HATE cops that do that ****. i mean, they need to stop wasting OUR paid tax time on pulling people over for stupid **** like that! It just pisses me off....

yea, most of the cops around here that i know are pretty cool but theres SO many that im always finding out about new ones. i got pulled over for the first time the other day for switching into the left lane right away after i made a right cause the cop came on my *** so i wanted to get out of his way fast and then he pulls me over. then proceeds to tell me my car is too powerful and i have no experience driving. i said thanks for the advice and left.
