It depends on the dealer you go with, the dealer I bought my formula off of didnt come with me he just gave me the keys and said she what you think. But other places they go with you.

cobalt ss has 205 hp ! enough to move a light car around pretty good. have you thought about an srt-4 ? 230hp 250ft lbs 13.9 1/4 mile stock. when it all comes down to it though.... its still a neon.

Some one tried to convince me that an SRT4 was not a neon, I was like wow your R-tarded, its still the same car with a body kit and .2 Liters bigger...the kid was like no its not...Moral is, DONT BUY A RICED NEON SRT4
