cavaliers have seriously shitty flowing heads but a T25 is equally small so on stock compression i`d guess 2200rpm

I seen his t25 its not from a 2g or 1g talon. A 2g has a unmistakable compressor side with a long outlet. His turbo is tiny and says airsearch on the side of it and the outlet from the compressor housing is short. Its not mitsu Mr mitsu
