bought a t25 dont know what car it came out of its got a stamped tag with some numbers if anyone can help me out it would be great. also its a Airesearch mk10

when would this turbo hit boost with a cavalier 2.4L

cavaliers have seriously shitty flowing heads but a T25 is equally small so on stock compression i`d guess 2200rpm

I seen his t25 its not from a 2g or 1g talon. A 2g has a unmistakable compressor side with a long outlet. His turbo is tiny and says airsearch on the side of it and the outlet from the compressor housing is short. Its not mitsu Mr mitsu

A SR20DET is the engine that is mostly known for being in a Nissan Silvia (K's series) this includes the S13,14,15 and the 180sx type X. The redtop (91-94), which has the T25 was on this engine, the specs are:

Displacement: 1998cc (2.0 liter)
Cam type: DOHC 16 valve, chain driven cam sprockets
Bore and stroke: 86mm x 86mm
Compression: 8.5 : 1
Horsepower: 205ps at 6000rpm
Torque: 203 ft/lbs at 4000rpm
Stock boost: 7 psi
Throttle body bore: 60mm
Turbo specs:
Injector size: 370cc/min
Compressor: T-25, 60 trim 56mm BCI-1 compressor.
Turbine: T-25, 62 trim 53.8mm 0.64 A/R turbine housing.

all s13 sr actually. Red or black top...

Unless it says Garrett or Nissan on it, it did not come off an SR.

Also, what is the AR?
