Think again!
I recently discovered the company my warranty was from filed for bankruptcy. Ultimate Warranty Corp.
They had 50 million dollars in an account to cover claims as of Oct. 2007.
Feb. 2008 only 12 grand with over 1,000 unpaid claims. The reason I didnt find this out till now is because the dealership I got my car from told me they would pay the fee and transfer the warranty from the previous owner, which they did not. So now my car is in the shop with the rear end torn down and I'm suppose to pay the $2000 or take UWC to court.
I'm still researching it. I guess I just thought I'd get this out there.

$2000??? could of just got a 12 bolt...wish i did that, but i spent 1800$ on my rear end to get it fixed.
