Very Upset with My car...... But change is coming!

Well 1BadZ, 95BlackZ, Tracy and I with a couple other people went up to the 8th/mile track this weekend, and I have never been so disgusted in my life. We pulled up to immediately see a 2002 Z28 getting ready(putting his radials on) and we could all tell he had some **** done to his rearend. The alluminum differential cover, and aftermarkert sway bars gave it away. He took me for a ride in that son of a ****** after tuning it with his laptop, and it being an automatic he powerbreaked it and reved it to about 1500rpm and stomped it and it sat my anus back on the seat. Later we found it ran 8.0s easily. He had everything done to his car that mine has except for all the chasis mods. The reason i was so upset is that i couldnt even touch the 8s at all. My best time of the day was a 9.01. 1badz, and 95blackz were hitting 9.0s consitently and i was pissed. I called the orignal owner to ask how the hell he hit a 8.5 with my car before the headers were even put on and he said he had some raidals so what i purchased monday was a edelbrock torque arm, and spohn subframe connectors. With some radials i plan to hook up great and get my power to the wheels. If anyone have any radials or slicks preferably mounted i would love to check them out. Also yall tell me if anyone has any thoughts about these new products!

Be very careful with radial/slicks, tires like that is what destroys the drivetrain

Nitto 555DR's, they're nice and cheap, and work. Your car definately doesn't have the power the **** over the tranny or rear end, so don't worry about that.

Their basically like paper, some fall apart as soon you put some sticky tires on and others will last well into the 10's. It is more of a hit and miss than anything else.
