Volvo 850
Does anyone have any experience with the 95 volvo 850s are they decent cars or problematic. I was looking at a wagon as a daily driver because with
just a lowering kit I think it would look good but are they bad on the wallet to fix? Thanks for any info you could give.

the 850 is a good car just dont buy the 10 valve... they have more proplems then the 20 valve. i would go with the 20 valve non turbo but if you want the power then go with the turbo, they just need more maitnence.
those cars have pcv system problems and as result oil seals can leak. i.e the rear main seal. make sure the systym is not clogged when you buy the car or youll have to fix that(around $450)
volvo's can be expensive to fix... my dealer rate is at $108 per hr and some parts can be pricey.
if you want the car checked out then bring it to newmarket volvo for your safty and i'll check out the motor for you when i do the safty
