I know that but what part? I'm guessing the cat but it could also be the Y-Pipe.

I think its the rear long pipe just before it goes over the axle

hmm..lets see- if your exhaust was installed by a moron, then the exhaust, esp where it goes over the axle, if you are runnin a Procharger with the twin core intercooler, that would be, other than that its hard to have something else hangin down unless its not supposed to be-
