not normally, when I wanted to get my zr1s they were mounted and not balanced... that's why I just got the tires seperately. I could get the rims alone for $350 and the wheel/tire combo was $900... so I figured if I could get my tires for about 550 total locally, they'll include the mounting and balancing, or atleast give you a cheaper price on balancing...
