I went after I asked him about this camaro in the parking lot with like a 5 inch hood scoop he said it hauled *** and would kill my car i went and looked through the hood scoop it was 2.8 liter 6 cylinder so his a idea of fast is way off.

Hrmm...It's possible to hit 200+ in that car. I give you this though. THAT one in the pic....F-NO. I have seen a classic Supra like that hit 190 though. The guy had about $100k into the engine alone. He was pushing around 440 HP without NOS. Said with his NOS, it was closer to 700. Keep in mind though I was doing 150+ in mine, and he passed me with grace. Not sure about 190, but def above 150.

$100K into a motor with 440HP? I suppose he would have to have like a titanium block to keep that 260 shot under wraps, or ****, maybe even a platinum block...

Unless it is a track mule, I highly doubt it can hit 190MPH... You sure this story is acurate?

one of teh big magazines did a road test and the corvette couldn't hit 200 mph in street trim (this was a couple of years ago) the aerodynamics wouldn't let it and at around 150 the front end lifted
