First time poster - long time camaro nut
Oye from dirty Jers,
about myself...
Grew up in Oakland NJ, went to art school in Philadelphia where I got my BFA in Graphic Design. Now I work as an Art Director for an advertising agency in Wyckoff NJ. I just got engaged to my girl of 6 years. I started painting cars about a year ago and have won a couple of awards in that time - including best paint at the east coast f-body nationals in NJ.
I've owned 3 camaros - my first car was a 1967 hartop that met with an unfortunate end when my sister decided to go joyriding while i was away at school. My second is a 1970 RS/SS that is now at the paint shop getting paint (hopefully be done by spring) and my third is a 2000 NBM SS that Ive owned since it was new.
The motor is a GMPP crate LS6 w/ all the bolt-ons: intake, headers, exhaust. It put down 401 RWHP during a tuning session at TTPerformance in Clifton.
The paint I did myself in April - its all House of Kolor: base white, Kandy Cobalt Blue and Oriental Blue.
If anybody wants some custom paint, let me know!!!
OK - enough of the long post - here are a couple of pics!
**check that - i need 15 posts first - d'oh**
