Ok i'm buying a car off of my brother and i well if i get it from him i have to pay taxes on it but if say my mother where to be the owner and sold it me i wouldn't do you guys think that i could put into my moms name from my brother no tax then my mother give it to me no tax do you think that this would work

ok so your gunna let ur mom pay tax? either way u going to have to u could try to bring a letter saying its a gift but they mite still tax u on black book value of car ...depends car and stuff..

Depends how much money is involved. If it's just a small amount it probably isn't worth jumping thru all the hoops.
