That why I need help in the performance section, as I dont know what to do to it. Suggestions??? Oh and I only payed $45 (Ebay) for the bazooka tube (it retails for $300). And I had to get led lights cause my friend got them for his 83 camaro and weve kind of been competing on who can get/do the most to their car.

welcome. i agree with everyone else on eveyrthing. just cause he got neons or w/e doesnt mean you need to too. do something better. theres a difference between tastefully modding a car and throwing a bunch of crap on.

alot of times the best way to go is just slightly modded, but very very clean still. first off, lose the wheels. you can get a nice set of used any wheels that will fit for maybe 500 bucks on camaroz28.com. get rid of the big bass thingy. put in a clean box and amp combo. also you will get flamed for the RS decals but as long as you tell people its not a real RS then your fine. brent franker makes "camaro" vinyl i think to put right there. dont go crazy in one area, everything out. and there IS such a thing as overdone, so if you start getting lots of money, be careful how you spend it, if you ever sell that car and have say 5,000 dollars into it in aftermarket parts, you will be lucky to get 1,000 back from the parts.

Thanks for the advice. Do you think those altezza tail lights would look ok? I was thinking of getting those, but not sure. Also do you know anyone that sells the 30th anniversary style orange racing stripes for a reasonable price? I'm looking in the $100 range, I cant afford $250+ as I dont have a job in the winter...yet.
Thanks

The ones on Ebay arent the 30th anniversary ones. I've seen them, I think they are $89 or something. I want the ones that curve out at the hood vents, and are straight in the back not curved.
Do you have those euro lights? And do they use the stock wiring and bulbs?

did you look here?

also, dont get altezza tailights, civics started those in the 90's. on a white car, blackouts would prolly look good.

Good idea, I like a good clean stripe kit and the blackouts look really clean and good.

welcome to the site. well, I may not agree with everything on the car, i really don't see anything wrong with the LED kit. It's not harming anything, and a few LEDs aren't rice. Appearance wise, you could always get a different hood and spoiler for the car. Stripes aren't a bad idea.

nice car. take off that rs emblem. I have a z28 and i hate it when people put false emblems on their cars. you should be proud of the f-body because you are part of a family to which the cars are no longer made. moding and upgrades are part of being a gearhead but you should be proud of the camaro for the camaro. my first car was an 85 iroc z. since then i have owned a 69 ss350 and a 95 convertible z28. get rid of the bazooka and look around the internet. you will be surprised at what a real quality sound system can do for you. other than that welcome and enjoy.
