1994 honda accord dx bad ecu or ecu ground where is the ecu ground wire?

when i did the diagnostic check the check engine light came on but didn't blink so thats a code 0 right. In my honda book it says code 0= bad ecu. People said i could have a loose wire/connector or a bad ground. I want to know where is the ground to my ecu located(color wire mostly black) and where is it grounded on my car?

I took the ecu out and looked at the circuit board i didn't see no burnt marks or blown resistors or capacitors so i think the ecu is fine it just has abad ground if grounded.

The car runs but runs poor and has poor acceleration. The light comes on when i turn the key then cuts back off normally. but i think the light should be on because there is something wrong with the car i know it but the ecu isnt picking it up because it might be a bad ground or ecu

is the black wires the ground for the ecu

i don't have no cat-converter on my car. i did have one but it was clogged so i removed it and went with a straight thru pipe.

1994 HONDA ACCORD DX IS A OBD1 CAR.
