Is the 1996 honda accord 25th aniversary edition good?
it has 148,000 miles and no power windows or locks. The guy that is selling it works with me he is asking 3000 for it. I just checked kbb.com and it said it is worth it, any insight? Also it seems to idle a little bit lower than normal, is this an easy do it yourself fix? I know nothing about cars.
