1999 Hona Accord - engine stalls when slowed down?
My 99 Honda Accord engine stalls/dies when I slow down the car or when the car is idle at traffic lights. Doesn't always happen, but happens with sufficient regularity these days to get me worried. When the engine stalls, it does not come up immediately, and it stays stalled for 2-3 mins before its again normal (which becomes a real pain as I can't get the car off the road as it cant go into Neutral from Parking when the engine is not ON)
